1.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 3-5 business days

Notes:
a. Processing Time of the product is calculated from the time your order is verified, after which the order is just put into processing procedures.
b. Processing Time or delivery time of the product might be put off due to the delay of order verification, holidays or shortage of stock.
*As our suppliers come from all over the world, our processing or delivery time will be extended on certain festivals, such as Christmas, Easter, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Chinese Lunar New year, etc. Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 5-6 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

  • For handmade, hand painted or customized products, it might take an extra 7-10 days for production, which would be specified in our Product Description.

2.WHICH COUNTRIES AND REGIONS SUPPORT SHIPPING?

USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Italy, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany (At present, we only support orders and shipments in the above areas, and we will not accept orders from other regions for the time being.If there is an order from a non-above area, we will contact the customer immediately to help change the address or cancel the order and get a refund.)

3.HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
CarLightClub.com is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. However, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, CarLightClub.com cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. For additional information, please see our RETURN POLICY. 
 
4.WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

PAYPAL PAYMENTS

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card, or bank account to PayPal for purchasing products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

1.Log into your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express;
2. Enter your card details and the order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Then click “Submit”;
3. Your payment will be processed immediately.

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.


5.HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?
Why would you want to? Our CarLightClub.com fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you want, just click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any emails. 
 
6.HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from CarLightClub.com. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.
